2. Free Trial Period

All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Annual subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, we provide pro-rated refunds for unused months.

4. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund: You must request it within the specified timeframe; Your account must be in good standing; You must not have violated our Terms of Service; The request must be for your first subscription (no refunds on renewals).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: Services already rendered; Custom development or consulting work; Months already used in an annual subscription; Subscriptions canceled after the refund period.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund: Email support@prismfit.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends. No partial refunds are given for cancellations mid-billing cycle.

8. Disputes

If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us first at support@prismfit.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account termination.

9. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
